Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and oversee operations at a paper egg tray manufacturing facility in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end plant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, cost control, and safety standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee complete plant operations
- Supervise all machinery, production processes, and workflow
- Ensure production of high-quality egg trays at optimized cost
- Monitor and control material usage to reduce waste
- Lead manpower planning, workforce management, and daily operations
- Implement and maintain safety standards across the facility
- Ensure smooth, continuous production and operational efficiency
Required Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in paper egg tray manufacturing
- Proven experience in complete plant operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Production or related field
