Core Responsibilities
1. Document Management & Archiving (High Priority)
Systematic archiving and maintenance of contracts, invoices, financial records, and tender documents
Ensuring documentation is organized in accordance with the instructions of the tax consultant and financial advisor
Maintaining accurate records for audits, internal reviews, and regulatory requirements
2. Financial Transactions & Follow-ups
Recording all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
Monitoring and following up on incoming and outgoing payments
Entering and updating financial data in the company’s accounting system and internal portal
3. Ledger & Account Reconciliation
Maintaining and balancing the general ledger
Proper classification of expenses and income
Reconciling internal records with bank statements and credit card transactions
4. Accounts Payable & Receivable
Tracking amounts payable to suppliers and receivable from clients
Ensuring timely settlements and accurate financial records
5. Payroll Processing
Assisting in payroll calculations, tax withholdings, and deductions
Ensuring salaries are processed and paid on time
6. Financial Reporting
Preparing monthly financial reports, including:
Income statements
Balance sheets
Cash flow reports
Submitting reports to management for review and decision-making
Essential Requirements
Skills & Competencies
Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Experience with Odoo accounting system is a strong advantage
Language Skills
Fluent English is mandatory
Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage
Experience & Education
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Oman or other GCC/Arab countries
Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
Preferred Criteria

Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to support the technical deployment of advanced sludge dewatering systems. The selected candidate will contribute to equipment review, installation support, commissioning coordination, operation and maintenance readiness, and technical communication with the manufacturer. The role may include overseas technical training and participation in future localization and business expansion activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support mechanical review of sludge dewatering equipment and related process systems
- Assist in installation planning, assembly follow-up, testing, commissioning, and startup support
- Review mechanical layouts, piping/mechanical interfaces, rotating/static equipment needs, and maintenance requirements
- Coordinate with manufacturer technical teams regarding mechanical issues, spare parts, and operation requirements
- Support equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning
- Assist with technical proposals, site assessments, and pilot/project support activities
- Prepare technical reports, checklists, maintenance notes, and internal documentation
- Support future training, technology transfer, and localization efforts
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
- 3+ years of relevant experience in industrial equipment, water/wastewater, process systems, electromechanical installations, or maintenance/commissioning environments
- Good understanding of pumps, piping, mechanical assemblies, equipment installation, maintenance principles, and industrial safety
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, GA drawings, P&IDs, manuals, and technical datasheets
- Good English communication skills, written and spoken
- Ability to travel for training, project support, and technical coordination when required
- Strong practical orientation, documentation discipline, and team collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sludge treatment, wastewater, industrial processing, utilities, or environmental equipment
- Experience in commissioning, maintenance planning, field service, or factory/site acceptance activities
- Familiarity with manufacturer coordination and spare parts/maintenance documentation
- GCC/Oman experience is preferred
- Valid driving license is an advantage
